Hurricane evacuation routes are pre-determined safe routes present along the East and Gulf Coast regions in the United States. These evacuation routes are engineered to provide a safe method of evacuation inland for a very large numbers of vehicles in a short period of time. Many Interstate highways are part of each states individual hurricane evacuation system. Hurricane evacuation routes are usually marked with these MUTCD-compliant signs.

Why do you need a hurricane evacuation route sign? If you're in a role play region that lies on any major coast, hurricanes pose a threat to you.

If you're anywhere else in Second Life, then you're pretty much safe. This sign won't help you in that case. But what it can do is stand around and look pretty.

It's also cheap and only one prim, so you should probably buy it right now, because everyone wants a MUTCD-compliant evacuation route sign, especially at a deal this awesome.

This is a 1 prim flat sign but don't let that deter you from buying, this really looks great. Perfect for RP sims or roadside parcels during the middle of a hurricane. Just make sure it's pointing people inland towards higher ground ;-)
