it is great product!
I bought this banner set for 2 reasons. 1st of course is because I see I can use it in my future projects and 2nd reason is because I wanted to be able to review it and try fix the unfair old negative review this product received due to incompetence of the previous buyer.
This banner is well made, multiple sculpt maps and textures are included (yes textures without the text on them too) which give it great ability to customize and use it easy in any 3D project that requires stylish, yet realistic banner like this one. I totally love it and recommend this building set!

DIY banner: Not helpful. I wanted a finished product, not a project.
