he Biarritz Condo is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 3.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).
The build is 21 m by 11 m, consisting of a spacious main room with ceiling to floor triple aspect windows. The main room is divided with a mezzanine floor reached by stairs. The ceiling has a full length skylights. The decor is modern, bright and the walls are a shaded uv map which can be tinted. The floor has bump map and specular materials..

I thought the head height would have been bigger not even 3.5m the base size I knew but terrible construction I could have made better myself Avoid.
