Here is our new "Black Royal Gothic Castle", perfect for rez on your land (also 1024 m²), in a Sky Box or for your role play: you can rediscover the lost magic of its ancient walls, dance in the large hall and on the terrace of the towers. New and realistic textures, for a gothic and sumptuous residence: watch it at midnight or at sunset (it is suitable for the spirits of the night ... but beware of ghosts!) To live your second life in a suggestive way!!!

A very low prims: 67 (basic version with teleport objects, to 166 prims, in the furnished version. The rez-faux box system makes it easy to rezzing: move, rotate the structures (see the note that will be sent when the "Help" button is clicked) and the positioning: after saving the rezzed setting, everything is ☑ Copy ☑ Modify.

✴ Entrance: fortified iron gate (up and down) and double Main Door (open/close with squeaking effects & configurable permissions) with 2 teleporters to go up (1st floor and 2nd floor); big Royal Hall with austere and accurately architecture; 2 stone stairs with an interior balcony and two outdoor terraces.
✴ Manor room, 1st floor: with entrance terrace (Ground Floor Teleport) decorated with Gargoyles Demons.
In the Manor room we've a Hidden Door leading into a Secret Room (with password, see note card) and the 3th floor Teleport.
✴ Library and bedroom, 2nd floor: is a pleasant space with teleport to Terrace.
✴ Royal Terrace on the top floor (3rd): surrounded by 5 high towers, with teleport to go down at Entrance.
And now, how to decorate it? Many furniture and accessories are contained in the rez box!
