This Gray Brick Real Estate Sign stands 5.8 x 2.3 x 3 meters, all lighting effects are done through textured pirms on the default sign included. This sign does not use light source or glow to create its lighting effect. Sign is designed to be at ground level, does not contain any floating or flashing content and no particles are emitted. Default sign content is PG in nature.
The sign is menu driven and provides the following menus options: Notecard (on/off), Landmark (on/off), Test Mode (allows owner to test the function of the sign for giving landmark and notecard), For Sale and For Rent signing options, Reset, About Info, Help Info, and Update (used to update sign when new versions are available).
Includes the ability to set the sign either for "Land For Sale" or "Land For Rent".

Sign automatically changes texture to "For Sale/Rent - Touch for more Information" if it notecard or landmark is provided within sign.
