The eight principal poses used in US bodybuilding competitions: Abs-Thighs, Front Double Bicep, Front Lat Spread, Most-Muscular Crab, Read Double Bicep, Read Lat Spread, Side Chest, Side Tricep.
Each as a still animation, a non-looped ten-second animation, and a repeating eight-second animation. I made all of them level 4 to override your own AO and hope there are not too many problems with their working with other attachments.
I'm a physician and pathologist in real life, and the benefits of resistance training, specifically in preventing and recovering from coronary artery atherosclerosis and promoting overall health, get insufficient attention.

Not Well Aged, But Fun
If this were a paid for product, it probably would be down by a star or two further.
HOWEVER... Because they're a free offering, good for new folks, or even for those of us who have been here for double digits of years, it's just simply fun to try.
Pick em up, laugh with your friends, stand in awkward as all heck poses with newer mesh bodies they probably were never meant for, and just enjoy life and a laugh with others. They do the job and it's a free fun offering. So like the film, THE ROOM, as a serious item, maybe not quite. take it as satire, and the fact it does the job, it earns it's self two extra stars.
Worth the pickup thus at this price and too this day.
