Really. It looks and sounds fantastic. And it comes with great customer service. When I contacted the seller because the fire particles didn't re-scale quite in proportion when shrinking the log pile a lot, she gave me a refund, but also went to work on a fix. And despite the refund, I received the fixed version barely half a day later. I'm very impressed, plus I have the exact kind of bonfire I wanted. :)
