This is a boreal magical scarf (boreal effects, of all colors available) two loops of colors and effects come out of your back and disappear into nothing, inside the package there are two copies of the scarf plus one without particles,
you can completely edit the object, you can not edit the scripts, if you want the particles you can only reduce the transparency and brightness of your layer and the particles will remain in your body

Neat, but cannot be edited
This item does look nice, but due to being full no modify, repositioning some of the components to better line up with some setups can't be done.
Being able to individually reposition some of the components similar to Static's Reaper Scarves would make this immensely more flexible on the setups you could apply this to.
