The BOSS 225V takes you back to the heydays of powerboating, back when gas was cheap, engines noisy and boats were made of wood. Designed decades before the first usable computer hit the market, these boats were surprisingly powerful and had superb handling. Engineered by feel, built by eye, and some real love for the trade these boats were prime examples of classic craftsmanship.
The BOSS 225V gives you the opportunity to own and drive a piece of history, from the original flathead V8 sounds, to the radio that plays you the rockabilly songs of the 50s, everything is designed to give you an immersive experience. Many animated parts, like the wheel, prop, hatches, throttle, working instruments, light, fuel & temp systems, deployable fenders and cockpit cover, its all there.
The BOSS 225V seats two, and has automated poses for you and your crew, refueling, lounging, backing up, nothing is left static on this boat. Like Bandit, Boss Craft is specifically made for Second Life, and has custom LOD/Physics models, and the realistic BOSS Dynamic boat engine. The mesh parts on the boat are modify for easy re-texturing.

Quality Boat!!
I am quite excited to review this boat! Where do I start? First rate quality all around! Handling, textures, sounds .... everything! Instructions are easy to understand and the controls are intuitive. What a gorgeous boat! If you are looking for a day boat for two people to run around in, I don't see how you can get any better than this!! Exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much for this build!
One of the best
Definitely one of the best all around boats in SL. Love this boat in mouse look. It is still one of my favorite go to runabouts in SL. I am a long time SL and avid explorer. Buy it you will be very pleased.

The big round gauges, the sound of the engine cranking, everything about this boat takes you back in time. It's gorgeous, powerful, and fast!
Nostalgia and Eegance Personified
What can I say that hasn't already been said. This is a fantastic boat, both in looks and performance. It captures the classic and revered style of the Muskoka boat perfectly. Handling is superb, whether you are going through the islands or across the Blake sea, sim crossing is smooth regardless of speed. Well done!
Awesome boat
i have a bigger boat, but wanted a smaller one, so went to look at this boat, tried it inworld and was in love, it looks great, easy to drive, detail is amazing, builder is really nice, animations are awesome. You will not find a better one. I do not write a review often, but this one deserves 10 stars minimum
