The Regal Kitchen comes with the following features:
Working Hutch complete with Dishes and Cookware detailing. The drawers and doors open/close on touch
Full Stocked Kitchen with Oak Cabinets, some with glass fronts and Black Granite countertops
Stainless built-in fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and double ovens
Accessory detailing with mesh cutting board, spice rack, Canisters, toaster, Utensils in holder, hot pads and towels
Center Island with sink and working gas range (touch each burner to turn on/off flame)
Island is also detailed with matching towels, soap dispenser and knife rack
Seated Stools at Island with original {Ms. B. Designs} animations that include:
2 Female Sits
2 Male Sits

Three hanging pendant lamps over island (touch on/off)
Side table with flower accompaniments in matching theme
Picture frame for your memories
Matching curtains and rugs complete the theme

The Regal Kitchen has a total of 148 prims.

None of my animated furniture uses poseballs. Just right click and "sit" on the furniture of your choice and choose from the menu options. If they are scripted for multiple avatars (ie: anything other than a single person chair), each avatar is given a separate menu upon sitting.

Your kitchen is completely modifiable, even though your permissions state it's not. It's the scripts that aren't mod, not the furnishings. If you wish to change a texture or move something, please, by all means, play with it to your hearts content. If you mess it up, the whole thing is copy, so just delete the one and re-rez a new one!
