The Regal is a monster of a house done in fine wallpapers and deep rich wood tones. From the grand entry, look up to see the stunning chandelier charmingly lighting the foyer. To the left is a formal dining space and a sitting room off to the right. Down the hall, through the double doors is the master bedroom with wide open windows to let in lots of light. Off the the left is enough space to put in a huge kitchen/dining area with more than enough room to have several cooks hanging around. Once you climb the stairs to the landing, directly in front of you is twin French doors leading to a outdoor space that's simply fantastic. To the right of that is space for another bedroom, playroom, or nursery, whatever your mind could come up with. I personally made it a man cave with a pool table and HUGE tv, for those Sunday football days, but that's just me. Off to the left you'll find a space for the bathroom of your dreams. With lots of windows, this L-shaped space is perfect for a huge tub and even a roaring fire. But why let your imagination stop there? All rooms are tiled with gorgeous parquet floors, imported tile and lush, deep pile carpets. The walls are trimmed in the same tone of rich mahogany and papered with some the riches fabrics available. From the rotating ceiling fan, to the flowers in the window boxes, this home has an attention to detail and was obviously created with love. The Regal certainly lives up to it's name, I hope you think so as well.

The Regal Home is a total of 283 Prims and fits snugly on a 24x32 sqm (768 total sqm) parcel.

Your home is completely modifiable, even though your permissions state it's not. It's the scripts that aren't mod, not the furnishings. If you wish to change a texture or move something, please, by all means, play with it to your hearts content. If you mess it up, the whole house is copy, so just delete the one and re-rez a new one!
