*** Note Regarding Space and Prim Requirements ***

To landscape and furnish your home properly, you should ensure that your parcel is larger than the house's footprint, and that you have sufficient prims to allow for the furnishing and landscaping that you desire.

By placing your house with the foundation no more than .5m deep and deleting/eliminating the front steps and rear deck/pool area, you can reduce your space requirements to 35m wide x 30m deep while eliminating approximately 30 prims.
