House Control System
The House Control System allows you to control all doors, windows and lights from a central location. Friends and partners may be given access with a single, simple procedure on the controller. The system is fully documented in notecards included with the house.

Optional Pool
Available for purchase at an additional cost, the pool attaches to the east deck of the house, adding 13m to the width of the house and an additional 31 prims to the total prim requirement for the house and pool combined. The pool includes a cover that converts the pool to a large deck with a single touch.

All of our homes feature flexible living space which, together with our extensive use of windows, contributes to an open, airy atmosphere that merges the indoors with the outdoors, allowing you to live comfortably and enjoy the beautiful landscapes surrounding your home.

We are also both proud and fortunate to be associated with Sweet Romance Furniture, located in-world next door to our business. LaDonna Upshaw, the store’s owner and a long-term friend and associate of Nikki Brennan, is one of Second Life’s premiere furniture designers. Many of our homes feature custom kitchens and baths designed specifically for a particular home, along with items of furniture created with the house’s design in mind. All of the furniture on display is available for purchase from her store.

Prims and Space Requirements
To landscape and furnish your home properly, you should ensure that your parcel is larger than the house's footprint, and that you have sufficient prims to allow for the furnishing and landscaping that you desire.

Extensive Documentation
Included in the sales package are numerous notecards that document all important information about the house control system, as well as step-by-step instructions for rezzing and placing the house on your property. Be sure to start with the notecard named "Read Me First."

Modifying Your House
The house you purchase from Brennan Homes has Modify permissions in addition to Copy. You are free to make any changes to the house that you desire, with the exception of scripts, which are No Modify. You may also rez as many copies as you require. The house is packaged with editing Locked to prevent accidental changes to the house. Prior to editing the house or any part of it, you will need to unlock the editing. This procedure is documented in an included notecard.

If you unlock editing on the house, you are responsible for any changes that you make, accidental or intentional. Brennan Homes does not provide support for changes that you have made or plan to make to a house's design.

Refund Policy
Because the house has No Transfer permissions, it is impossible for you to return it to us. For this reason, we have a No Refund policy on all your purchases.

Customer Service
As the owner, I make every attempt to respond to your questions and requests for help within 24 hours of receiving them. When you contact me, please send a detailed message that fully describes your problem or your question. If I am not online, the message will go to my email account, and I will respond that way. If the problem is very involved, you might find it easier to send me a brief message describing the problem, and follow that with a notecard that explains your question or problem more fully

When you purchase one of our houses, Brennan Homes grants you a license to use that home in Second Life only.
