The Bubbler 3000 creates a slow stream of soap bubbles that float away and pop when hitting something - as long as they don't hit an avatar. In that case they expand and enclose the avatar, then float away.
RLV and an active Relay is needed to trap someone.

fun even with out RLV!
works great! is lots of fun but i would advise not using RLV all the time as you can get stuck in a soap bubble trapped loop if you get trapped and fall onto another bubble after the first pops, with out RLV just right click and "sit here" and you can free your self by standing! would fully recommend to any bubble fan / bubble entrapment fan!
