This product was so much fun!! I had an issue with it where I couldn't make it bigger, a friend gave me this for my Baby shower, and not only did she reach out to the owner, within seconds the owner reached out to me, to assist, and gave me a new one when the product wasn't working, and than gave a reason why it might not be working, which helped tremendously!
