It's a HUD to collect and open a URL configured by notecard in its contents.
Add it,
Touch the HUD on bottom right to pull up menu which lists all the URLs configured,
select one, select "Go to page",
URL will be opened in build-in browser or external browser.
HOW TO IMPORT URL?
Right-click the HUD,
select "Edit",
in "Content" tap,
open the notecard '[URL]' in contents,
write one URL in each line in the format:
name URL,
e.g.,
Destinations http://www.scoop.it/t/second-life-destinations
Amazing Life https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/160819
"Save" notecard.
There you go!

doesnt work
instructions say: "Add(wear) it, Touch the link HUD to pull up menu which lists all the links in config notecard" but when you click to touch it, absolutely nothing happens. checked to see if click to was set to touch in the general tab, it was. tried making it less transparent, nothing. tried resetting scripts, nothing. it does not work.
