I love this! I was a bit suspicious since there wasn't any demo. But previous images and reviews dared me to take a dip. And it made me buy both versions!
So to help others I did a lil' video to showcase the houses. Both versions. Hopefully this will help get a feeling for which version fits best.

My only wish was that a texture pack would come with so I can texture the house more to my liking. Adding custom wallpapers and such :)
The perfect house!
I was a little nervous buying a house off mp without being able to demo it first, but this turned out to be the perfect house for me! I love the open floor plan it has, like the other review said; it is very versatile in terms of style! I actually put up some room dividers, converted the garage into 2 seperate rooms (because for some reason i believe i NEED a laundry & bathroom??), and did a little bit of retexturing! The house it's self has really nice texturing already, i just wanted to make it a little more me!

I adore this little white cottage! The open floor plan works perfect for me and the textures are so well done that I would not change a thing. This is a cottage that is flexible for decor, so I can do semi contemporary, traditional, and mix it up!
