Structure has three levels, two floors plus side roof balconies. The first floor is open and broken into sections and the 2nd floor has two private rooms w/ fireplaces and a family room. This is a multi-purpose buildings, it can be anything you want it to be, a clan headquarters, a dance club , a gathering venue, an art gallery, shop or even a large home.
Front door is lockable via notecard.
Fireplace turns on/ off by touching the logs.
Candles turn on/off by touching the flame.
Chimney Smoke on/off on touch
Box includes copy rezzer plus a box with bonus decor copy/mod mesh items not in rezzer:

by the time i bought this i knew the quality would be good, i had already gotten several boheme builds and knew what to expect. What surprised me was the extra rooms and chambers, a very creative and efficient floor plan.

I bought this to serve as my main clan castle and the details are amazing. It has a very sacred feel to it. The light reflections, the attention to detail, the extras! Excellent! Love this.
