(*) Sim Wide Scan.

(*) Teleport: Allow you to teleport to anyone or another radar.
(*) Offer TP: Allow you to offer a teleport to anyone, may be useful if default SL teleport is disabled.
(*) ADM: If you have administrative powers you can do some actions such as eject and ban.
(*) Muppeter: This is a really funny feature, using this you can control your target's movement (See MUPPETER below for more info)
(*) IM: Sends a IM to anyone.
(*) Dialog: Sends a dialog message to anyone.
(*) Chat Spy: Can listen up to the entire sim's chat if you want to. (See RADIO below for more info)
(*) Chat Transmissor: Can transmit the chat near the radar up to the entire sim if you want to.
(*) Collor modes: You can change the mode the radar display the icos collors (See COLLOR MODES below for more info)
(*) Map Texture: The sim map texture will be on the radar base
(*) Resizering: You can resize the radar the way you want to, the icos will self update.
(*) Rotating: You can rotate the radar, the icos will self update.
(*) Radar icos: The radar puts a ico to itself, and also connects with other radars owned by you, allowing you to teleport between radars. (White radar ico for the self radar, green for others)
(*) Informations: Display avatar's informations such as language and stuff like if they are flying. aiming, etc...
(*) Key: This may be useful for some people, the target's key is on the AV ico's description.
(*) Info: Show some informations, such as script memory usage, about someone.

=== Muppeter ===
==========================

This feature allows to move someone in any direction you want to, but is not that easy to use.
After clicking an avatar ico and choosing MUPPETER, a red ball will be created around the avatar ico,
to move your target you need to select the red ball on the edit menu and move it like if you were moving some object.
The red ball will detects where it is based on the green square and moves your targer there.

NOTE: You can move as far as you want, but for bug preventing try not moving someone from 20m to 4000m in one movement,
you can move by small distances like 20m to 40m then 40m to 60m and keep going (This is not actually limited by 20m, but has a limit that can be different from each one)

=== Radio ===
==========================

The radio function allows you to spy and transmit your chat to someone or to the entire region.
By clicking an avatar ico and choosing RADIO, you will start listening his chat.
using the command "radio all" will turn the radio on to everyone, you can also use "radio cesar goland".
By clicking the right red button, it will turn green, that means that all chat near the radar is being transmitted to everyone who you turned the radio on.
To turn the radio off just type "radio off".

=== Collor Modes ===

The radar can work in 3 modes, they only change the way the collors are displayed. It can work at 3 modes at the same time, changing the avatar ico collor and the hovertext collor

(*) Group Mode: This is the default mode, if the avatar is on the same group as the radar is the av ico will be green, otherwise it will be light blue.
(*) Script lag mode: If the avatar is using a lot of script memory they av ico will be red, if it is a reasonable script memory it will be yellow, if it is low lag it will be green.
(*) RLV Mode: If the avatar has RLV relay they av ico will be green otherwise it will be light blue.

NOTE: Due to some wierd bugs I disabled RLV mode on this version, I will probably fix it for next version.

=== Conclusion ===

Well, if you still reading, this radar is very useful for sim owners, but still can be useful and funny to anyone else.
Due to having some functions like radio and the muppeter one, this device can be used to grief, don't do that :o that's sad :( Anyway use it at your own risk.
