If you Go to advanced debug settings find RenderVolumeLODFactor and then change value to 4.000
then the sculpted prim will not disappear when you zoom out..

Rez box is NO COPY???
Lovely house, nice textures and is very adaptable for placing on the edge of a sim.
However, what did shock me was the fact that you only get one rez box and it is NOT copiable when every other prefab creators makes their rez boxes COPY - NO TRANSFER. Shock horror, what if LL loses it for me as has often happened. Is everyone expected to make their own rez box from the contents of this one? An annoying inconvenience.
Buy it if you are a skilled builder and know how to repackage a house into a rez faux box or you are not worried that items of inventory go missing and you do not need "just in case" duplicates.
