I received a No Copy/Transfer permission version of this item, which would be fine if that's what was advertised here.

However, both the ad image and the store page itself describe this as being Copy/Mod/No Transfer, which is what I wanted and paid for.

I sent a notecard almost a month ago asking for a redelivery of the correct permissions but never got a response.
