:CHESHIRE: Playground TicTacToe game

Super simple tic tac toe game I made on impulse, cuz I wanted one. Nothing fancy, just click the beads to spin em'. Owners can also click the middle bar to cycle through a couple of color options. Stays at 8 LI until made unreasonably huge. This is more meant to be used in a build than something standalone, honestly.

This is full perm now, IDK why I didn't do that in the first place tbh.
