This skin IS BOM! (including the head!)
However the SKNK: Shark Head Came out BEFORE BoM existed, so you will need basic modding and basic BoM knowledge. There will be a "How To" card for this specifically. Please read it!

I figured out how to make the head work!
Not giving this full stars though on the grounds that the creator had basically ghosted me when I requested assistance with their pack, and I only realized what I was doing wrong after poking around at other packs and actually getting help from a DIFFERENT creator.
For those frustrated with this pack, remember that you CAN'T be wearing any alpha layers that are hiding your head, and need to have the head itself set to BoM. This was the mistake I made (wearing an alpha layer that hid my head) and now it works fine!
If you don't know how to do this, just rez your head out on the ground and select the texture face of the main part of the head people will be seeing, and until the "texture" tab of your editing menu, select the texturing option, and under the window it should give you will be a pull down menu with an option marked "baked". Select that, and with the new pull down menu that should be presented select the "bake head" option and then just pick your head back up and put it on! Violla and enjoy! ;D

but after seeing that this is not a one time thing this mod dose not work with the heads if they fix this i will change my review but as it stands this mod is not worth your time
Misleading description
Full transparency; I am supremely stupid when it comes to SL modding
The texture is great, even when stretched on bodies it hasn't been tested on by the content maker.
I'm giving this two stars because they list the SKNK shark head as an option without ~any~ sort of warning that this piece does not support BoM natively, nor do they include stand alone textures to use.
At this point, I'm two hours in to trying to figure out how to get a fancy & alluring texture to apply to a 'recommended' optional accessory.
Would not recommend unless you are great at making SL do things it does not want to do.
