OK, it does not move, but... what I saw before with flags and poles: either they are flexi and do not move very realistic, or they are pseudogif, and the perception is the same.
So I rather stick with this 'static' display, which is very well modelled, the texture looks used and stained, just like it hung there for several weeks.
A suggestion to the developer: perhaps offer a mod version for a custom own flag (i.e. including the necessary UV map, shadow and normals templates), perhaps at a slighter higher price? I myself love the flags of various Caribbean states (like Sint Maarten, Antigua or Sain Lucia), but of course I won't find these 'exots' here.
