Glow-Up! lets you add glowing effects to any object or clothing you can modify. You can choose to light up just one part or the whole thing, it’s up to you.
You can turn the glow on in different ways: by typing in chat, using a gesture, or by dropping a small script into things like clickers or spankers. This way, the glow can respond when you or someone else interacts with it.
The HUD lets you adjust key settings: the colour and glow for both active and inactive states, how quickly the glow turns on (ramp-up time), how fast it fades out (fade time), and the maximum distance for the Clickies add-on to respond.
This makes it easy to match Glow-Up! to your existing click-based items for smooth and consistent interaction.
Easy step-by-step instructions are included, with pictures. You don’t need to know how to script, but you should be comfortable editing objects.

It's neat glow effect with step-by-step guide, there is also a PBR version if you prefer such.
The guide is well-written and literally guides you by hand through everu quastion you coud have in the process.
Some basic knowledge of course required, to work with "edit object" menu. As well as your items should have at least "modify" permission.
