amazing and professional service from corsia & nice concept.
I originally rated this 2 stars after buying, as am comparing against my design quality expectations for 2017 and hoped it would be comparable, but this is a 4 year old build. SO keeping that in mind, in concept and design aesthetic this is still a beautiful, although simple piece that can be used to add nice linear, minimalist and relaxing pool-side ambience to any style focused modern, beach themed event or home space.
Brandon was gracious enough to contact me about my issue and refund me in full. I would like to give 10 stars based on that alone but I shoppers want to know about the build usually so I'm basing most of my rating on that. :) Though good service is important and I really appreciate it!
Be cautioned what may look like a waterfall cascading off the roof is actually curtains when you rezz it in world. The photo (for me) is tough to tell. It is very simple prim construction. I would give this 4 or even 5 stars if it was built by today's mesh quality standards (again it was built 4 yrs ago and for that time it was TOP- it is still nice). The concept is 4 or 5 star imho. But because it's not as high quality for today's design tech, as I hoped, I had to give it just a 3. That said, it is an amazing price and Brandon Corsia is a professional who provides fantastic service to clients so deserves the business if you are choosing between him and another. Fear not if there is any issue with your purchase he will handle it with grace and simplicity.
I look extremely forward to seeing more amazing design releases from Corsia! There are not enough creators with this quality of minimalist beachside design concept that Brandon brings to SL. Most are tiki themed which is fine if you want that tropical vibe. But if you want urban beach glam, there is not a lot to choose from today as there was years ago. I hope to see some new amazing things from Corsia in this style, soon.

I got it so I can have a nice bright place to mod while up in the sky. I was thinking of a nice look -water- and it has a couple of couches for my friends when they are with me. good price. buy it!
