When surfing the marketplace for 'builder tools' I came across a shop that offers mesh buildings and mesh building components - for only 1L each. They come with no textures, no ao's, just the suggestion you can texture them with textures you have in your SL inventory. This little one room cottage is one of those houses. The shell, windows and pillars are Frank Rome's, the door and porch overhang are mine (the only prim pieces, the textures are some I had in my inventory, gathered from texture artists over the last (gulp) 16 years. I also added a wall water feature (also prim) I made to break up the monotony of having all the walls the same texture.
