Sold as mod, but it is NOT

The seller sells this jacket as moddable, but it turns out to be no mod. I have contacted the seller, but have not gotten any response after more than a week.
Considering I base my purchases on whether items are moddable or not, I feel scammed over this and would recommend buying anything from this seller.
