This is a Fitted Mesh, Bento rigged avatar. Hands use bento bones. This has 'Modify' permission, so texture customization is possible. Can be used with your favorite bento animations.

Always wanted Savitar, but….
The texturing and baking of the mesh (details of the avi) could use some work. Also, I wish that the blue light would glow throughout the whole suit (same level of brightness) as I was a huge fan of the CW’s “The Flash,” and this avi doesn’t quite match up to be honest.
