They do not work with PBR materials
The sock faces do not support the pbr materials, when applied they disappear after the next rez and you can't change pbr's scale, rotation at all on some faces. Only the boot part works and top of the right sock. Blinn-phong materials work. Not for pbr users.

These are lovely, easy to use.
The only item of note is that the boots for the various bodies come in one bundle that needs to be rezzed before selecting the set for the different body types.
