Bad customer service experience !
I have sent a lot Notecards and IM's to the designer for asking my L$7,400 back as a refund DOUBLE purchases and wrote to her all details of my Double Purchases. But she never refunded my money back and never responded to my messages for a week and also she was online Today. I'm disappointed. I need her help urgently but got no reply.
I will update my review if and when Creator is refunded me.
