The "Desert Track 1/2 sim" is an element covering an half sim 128x256. Don't buy it if you don't own a terrain that fit this size.
It is sold with all interior deco and around (rocks and tunnels) and is offered a surround sim.
Sound elements were also added.

It will not rez right. I've tried 5 times. The roads will not go into place, the rails are all out of place...don't waste your money! This is a bad set up

1/2 Sim track low prim plenty of space to build, ride or hangout.
I have owned many of this creators tracks since they came out
and are a must have for race/ride sims and this one being 1/2 sim
great for home use too! Wide real road look with guard rails.
I could go on and on.
