Campfire Focal Point For Relaxing Chats And Rustic Camping Version 3.0

Campfires are the original "hearth of life." They create gathering places with light and warmth. They enable cooking. They can serve as beacons to attract visitors or to warn seafarers of dangerous shores. They can ward off dangerous animals and drive away bothersome insects.

This campfire follows the classic "ring of stone" method. It allows for both fire containment and heat retention.

The campfire operates on touch to turn on or off. You will see animated flames and also hear relaxing campfire sounds and see gentle amount of smoke while the flames are on. The smoke amount is not extreme and is designed to appear as a normal campfire of this size. The smoke also responds to changes of wind direction in your region.

The campfire features specially designed campfire stand and sit animations designed to be enjoyed by one or two people. Other friends can also easily join the fireside chat by using ground sits with their AOs.

The animated stand involves reaching toward campfire while moving arms and rubbing hands together, then placing hands on hips to look at the campfire. The animated cross-legged sit involves leaning toward campfire while extending arms and hands for warmth, then sitting back with hands on knees and then leaning head on right hand to look at the fire.

One set of animations is used by sitting on the fire logs, the second set is used by sitting on the ring of fire stones. In this way two people can gather for a fireside chat and the fire stones can be rotated as desired to place the second avatar nearby the first or across the campfire.

Both animations can be adjusted as desired by using the AVsitter menu.

The campfire logs with flames are my original mesh with land weight of 19. The fire ring of stones with ashes is my original sculpted work with land weight of 9. Both are copy only, however you can resize each by touching them for standard on-screen rescale menu.

Of course you can also elaborate the setting by placing your own decor items such as cooking pots, and related campfire items.
