The design of this typical Mediterranean villa is based on the lovely houses you can find in many, many places in Italy and Spain. A house were you can relax and lounge at the poolside overlooking the ever so blue Mediterranean. A house that you really can imagine to live in,....in Real Life! The details and decoration are so natural that after a few minutes you don't even notice, that you walk around in a virtual world but in the real world and you will feel directly at home!

HOW DOES THIS HOUSE LOOK LIKE
The house including the poolarea is 35 x 32 m and fits best on a parcel of at least 4096 sqm . With all the odds & ends it has a land impact of 361. But all extra's like kitchen, bathroom set, wood fire. 2 plants etc etc are not linked to the house, so if necessary you can remove them when you need to make prims free. However be sure that by rezzing the house, you have those prims available otherwise the house will not rez properly from the rezzing box. See below for the landimpact count per item.

- A roomy entrance hall
- Livingroom with open fireplace including a realistic wood fire and fire tools. Of course the chimney smokes. Double doors lead to the balcony from were you can reach the swimming pool area with stairs.
- The country style kitchen has a stove and fridge. All drawers and cabinet doors can open and close and the watertap runs.
- A roomy bedroom
- A bathroom with a sink and towels and a warm rug on the floor. The bathtub can be filled with water, steam and bubbles. A shower with running water and single & couple shower animations (PG)
- Outside at the swimming pool area you find not only the pool but a romantic outdoor Jacuzzi with open fire. You can sit and lounge under a pergola with climbing vine. A BBQ with wood and fire is included. At the poolside you can sunbath or sit with dangling legs in the water. A little fountain makes it complete. For your privacy the pool area is surrounded with rustic old walls covered with vines and fern.

SCRIPTS INCLUDED
- All doors are multi users lockable, The manual you find in the content tab of the door.
- All curtains open and close on touch
- The blinds in the kitchen, and bathroom are also to operate by touch in different modes: open closed and half closed.
- Open fire and smoking chimney
- At the pool you can sunbath on the towel, and sit on the pillows and on the rim of the pool. The Jacuzzi has 5 sit animations
- All doors in the kitchencabinets open and close on touch as well as the doors of the fridge and the stove.
- The kitchentap works when touching the blue handle on the right.
- The bathtub & jacuzzi works, just push the buttons. ATTENTION!!! It can occurs that you need to reset the bathtub script after rezzing the house. Select the step in front of the bathtub or the bottom of the jacuzzi and reset the script Hot Tub 1.05 in the content tab!
- The shower animations you operate by touching t the bathtub and choose 'sit'
- The buttons on the wall give you water, steam and bubbles ( Atention this happens after you choose sit for the animations)
- The shower gives water when you touch the showerhead.

LANDIMPACT: 269
Most of the parts in the house are set on Convex Hull in the Features tab. There were needed it is set on Prim. Best is not to change anything in that way, because then it can happen you can't go through doors or step in the bathtub or more of these issues.

For a good performance to see the house also from a bit of a distance Please set your RenderVolumeLodfactor on 8.
You do that in the ADVANCED MENU (Ctrl Alt D). Go to debugsettings. Fill in the box RenderVolumeLodFactor and change the number into 8
