NANTUCKET HAYENNIS
This house is a house that you really can imagine to live in, in Real Life. The details and decoration are so natural that after a few minutes you don't even notice, that you walk around in a virtual world instead of the real world and feel directly at home! For me it was great fun to build it and felt sorry that it was already finished. I could go on and on to make more details and make it even more beautiful.:) However If you like changes of the color at the outside and/or the wallpaper textures inside, I am happy to help you with that.

HOW DOES THIS HOUSE LOOK LIKE
The house including the veranda is 38 x 35 m and fits best on a parcel of 4096 sqm. With all the odds & ends it has a landimpact of 344. But all extra's like poolarea, kitchen, bathroomset, BBQ etc etc etc are not linked to the house, so that you easy can remove them when you need to make prims free. However be sure that by rezzing the house, you have those prims available otherwise the house will not rez properly from the rezzinbox. See below for the landimpact count per subject.

- A nice veranda around the house with planters which you can fill with flowers and plants of your own choise.
- A roomy entrance hall with a dining area. A baywindow with pillows including lounge animation
- Livingroom with open fireplace including a realistic woodfire and a woodfire screen. Ofcourse the chimney smokes. Here also a baywindow with pillows, perfect for lounging. Double doors lead to the swimmingpool area.
- The kitchen in country style has a stove and a fridge. All drawers and cabinetdoors can open and close and the watertap runs.
- Easy-to-walk-on stairs brings you to the second floor.
- A multi purpose roomy landing.
- A romantic bedroom under the roof with open fire.
- A bathroom with a sink and towels and a warm rug on the floor. A bathtub you can fill with water, jacuzzi and steam. A shower with running water and single & couple showeranimations (PG)
- Outside at the swimming poolarea you find a pergola with climbing vine and a planter with trees and flowers. A BBQ with wood and fire is included. At the poolside you can sunbath or sit with dangling legs in the water. (animations included)

SCRIPTS INCLUDED
- All doors are multi users lockable, The manual you find in the content tab of the door.
- All curtains open and close on touch
- The blinds in the kitchen, bathroom and on the landing are also to operate by touch in different modes: open closed and halfclosed.
- Open fire and smoking chimney
- At the pool you can sunbath on the towel, and sit on the pillows and on the rim of the pool.
- In the baywindows you can lounge
- All doors in the kitchencabinets open and close on touch as well as the doors of the fridge and the stove.
- The kitchentap works when touching the blue handle on the right.
- The shower animations (PG) you operate by touching the bathtub and choose 'sit'
- The bath can be filled with water, steam and bubbles. Touch the buttons on the wall after you animated yourself for the shower animations
- The shower gives water when you touch the shower head.
- The bathroom sink gives water when you touch the blue button on the right tap.

ATTENTION!!!
It can occure that you need to reset the bathtubscript. Select the bathtub i and reset the script Hot Tub 1.05 in the contenttab!

LANDIMPACT: 344
This house is partly Mesh..Most of the parts in the house are set on Convex Hull in the Featurestab. There were needed it is set on Prim. Best is not to change anything in that way, because then it can happen you can't go through doors or step in the bathtub or more of these issues.

If you don't want to use the poolarea I have added a stair to step down from the veranda. It is placed on the spot were it should go in that case. You can take it back in your inventory when you decide to keep the poolarea
