This nice Victorian-like cottage has a footprint of 28 x 24 meter. The design is based on the romantic houses you find at the island of Nantucket just before the coast of Massachusetts US. Yes, there were the rich and famous live!! Pocomo is one of the beaches at Nantucket Island. Imagine yourself sitting in the veranda over the sea with sunset!

HOW DOES THE HOUSE LOOK LIKE
The house including the veranda is 28 x 24 m and fits on a plot of 1024 sqm, however a larger plot is recommended. With all the odds & ends it has a land impact of 214.

- A nice and shady veranda
- A large livingroom with open fireplace, a realistic woodfire and firetools
- A roomy landing on the second floor
- A romantic bedroom under the sloping roof
- A fully equiped bathroom with a little fire to keep you warm.

SCRIPTS INCLUDED
- The front door and veranda doors are multi users lockable, The manual you find in the content tab of the door.
- All curtains open and close on touch
- The blinds on the landing are also to operate by touch in different modes: open closed and half closed.
- Open fire in living and smoking chimney.
- Pillows in the bay window and near the fireplace
- The shower animations (PG) you operate by touching the bathtub and choose 'sit'
- The bath can be filled with water, steam and bubbles. Touch the buttons on the wall after you animated yourself for the shower animations
- The shower gives water when you touch the shower head.
- The bathroom sink gives water when you touch the blue button on the right tap.

ATTENTION!!!
It can occure that you need to reset the bathtubscript. Select the bathtub i and reset the script Hot Tub 1.05 in the contenttab!
