This carbon fiber texture pack gives you everything you need to create a realistic carbon fiber for your build.

Additionally, the textures in this pack are compatible with the new "Advanced Lighting Model" feature in Second Life viewers. This allows for the creation of more realistic texture surfaces that respond like materials to lighting!
To see this texture at its best potential you'll need a recent viewer and you will need to enable the "advanced lighting model" under your preferences.
This option is enabled automatically for avatars with their graphics set to "High" or "Ultra". Avatars who do not enable this will see the standard textures only.

Best carbon I've seen on the MP yet <3
First off, the tiling, its low, so you can scale it up and down easy and with little to no loss of the excellent detail. Secondly, you get both 1024 and 512 versions of the file, meaning if you need to save on texture impact for some reason, you're covered. Thirdly, the cost of making and uploading these textures myself, is L$10 MORE than buying this. And finally, the creator made the shocking and apparently strange decision to make the spec and diffuse textures entirely greyscale... so YAY, I can use this to make my RP characters cyber arm not only a very sleek and futuristic carbon... but its ME who decides what colour it is too!
In closing, I'm not usually prone to buying textures from the marketplace but this item will have a good place in my full perm texture folder... oh yea, Fifthly... its FULL PERM... and totally worth buying!
