Not usable.
The stools are built in to the mesh and are not faced separately, so there is no way to remove of hide them in order to use the bar without a bunch of unusable stools cluttering the scene. I'm sure it'd be fine for a photo prop, but not for building a usable bar/tavern space. It's a shame, the mesh and textures are solid.
