The Carolina is unique on the marketplace.
The lower level has two garage doors. This area is large enough for a small airplane, should you be a pilot. It allows you to enter on one side and taxi out the other. The plane shown is a Dani D-207.
If you want a lake house, this is the home for you. The garage floor opens on the left side and allows you do dock a small powerboat (I've docked my Boss 225 in one). The room is well lit with four ceiling lights.
The upper level is delightful. A full deck with two lanais encircles the main living area. The deck is wide enough for parties, or comfortable for just relaxing. There is always a deck side facing east if you like to watch sunrises while eating breakfast, and a west side to enjoy sundown with a glass of chardonnay.
Inside, there is a small living room with plenty of windows, all with curtains. There are three big patio doors. The fireplace is gorgeous. There is a hanging light here. I even tossed in a mirror on one wall for you. The full kitchen has an island with a breakfast bar. There is yet another patio door leading to a deck with lanai. The bedroom is small but is roomy enough for a big bed and dressers. The two casement windows and patio door have curtains.
Where the Carolina shines is the use of our unique Smart Lighting System. As you can see from the photos, or if you visit in person, outdoor lighting abounds. The deck especially is well lit. All lights are controlled by a three-button wall panel for each set of lights. The top button is the maximum intensity available in SL and is great for parties. The middle and lower buttons are for medium and low intensity. There is an added bonus here as well. Using basic editing skill, you can change the button colors. That button will send a signal to their associated lights and they will illuminate with that color Any color you'd like Choose your own special mood lighting for the low intensity to create your own romantic atmosphere.
Whether you're a pilot, a boater, or just enjoy sitting on decks, the Carolina was designed with you in mind.
