WORKSPACE REZZER
The Workspace HUD rezzes an empty house, a skybox, and various sizes of platforms. You have the option of rezzing the chosen object at your immediate position or you can rez a box to sit on and travel instantaneously to a predefined altitude or manually select any desired altitude.
RADAR
Radar can display other avatars and their distance or can display land info. Radar can be turned off.
TELEPORTER.
There are two versions in the package. One stores destinations by dropping LMs into the button. The other records destinations via a menu.

POSE STAND:
An excellent pose stand is included in the skybox. The pose stand is available for free here:

FULL PERM
The pose stand, which was created by a third party, is No Mod, so the HUD will appear as No Mod in your inventory. But other than the pose stand, everything is 100% Copy/Mod/Tran (Please see the licensing note below).

Exactly what I was looking for
I wanted a private place on the land that I rent at up in the sky and could not find a skybox that didn't have either awful textures, or was a ridiculous price. This was super-easy to set up. I am using the skyhaven part of this item (shown in the picture) and it is very spacious. You have the bottom floor, 2nd, and a roof. Tons of room to put things down. The 2nd floor has a beautiful glass floor in the center, and there are a few stained glass windows within. I was able to spend more lindens and use more prims on furniture/decor since the skybox is only one prim and 1L.

I don't know why no one has reviewed this before now. This thing is wonderful! And for a dollar it can't be beat!! I take me to a sandbox, wear the HUD, choose my structure and go to altitude for some solitude. There are several versions of the HUD included, so if you want the radar active be sure to use one of the versions that includes it ("R" in the HUD's name).
The pose stand has way more features than I need, so I can't comment on any of its advanced abilities, but it meets my needs and is easy to use.
I haven't yet tried to set up the furniture rez storage, but I did read through the instructions. They seem quite thorough, but previous experience in modifying items will probably be helpful.
This item should be in everyone's inventory. I guarantee you will find an occasion to use it!
