[Cb] Modern Apartment Filler Buildings

Medium LOD models visable at a distance for quarter and some full sim uses are 20 li per duo set of apartments.

Super high LOD models can be seen from a sim away by most folks and have limited but important if you need them use :D. They are 56 land impact.

Duo apartments are ONE PIECE OF MESH and cannot be taken apart.

The dark style features modern baked privacy windows. The lighter style uses tiling window textures. You can of course use your own favorite window textures including grunge.

The stucco, metal and patio textures are baked and while you can use tiling textures with some success, you WILL lose all baked subtle shadows.

BUILDINGS WERE NOT DESIGNED FOR BRICK OR LINEAR TEXTURES. That will certainly look awful -- so be aware.

Building can be resized as needed but again all one piece of mesh. Items can be rezzed on the entrance patio area at ground level. Physics is active there. You cannot "hop to the balconies" above however -- physics wasn't made for those areas.

Items are grayscale and can be tinted to your liking. Photos shown are of tinted versions. An optional door is included (3 li)

There are of course NO INSIDES to these buildings; they are for ambience for you cities.
