This Central Air Conditioning Kit Includes the following:
+ Outdoor roof unit with hum sound switching every 5 minutes. (3 prims land impact). Mod + Transfer perms. Includes vibration absorbing and acoustic insulation base. Size in meters: height=1.6 x 1.4 x 2.6 in length (including pipes).
+ Ceiling Diffuser and Return grille (1 prim each). Copy perms. Size in meters: 0.97526x0.97526x0.01544.

Drawbacks...
First of all, this is a nice unit. The texturing is first class and the unit looks great. For me, however, there were downsides:
1. The main unit is relatively small. The ad pics are deceiving because the female avi shown must be tiny and that makes the unit look large. I was putting it on a 28x28 flat roof and it just didn't work, size-wise. Because it is No Mod I can't make it larger.
2. The gratings look large in the pic and they are; too large and out of scale in a "normal" building. Although they are Copy they are No Mod so you're stuck with these gratings that are just too large.
Unfortunately, you can't see these in-world to be able to judge for yourself. Hopefully, this will give you some idea of the trouble I had and you can make your own decision.
