The necklace may appear as "no modify" in your inventory, but this is due to the script inside. You should be able modify the necklace as normal.

I have been looking for THIS look in SL since 2007! Moves wonderfully with the body right out of the box. I really can't express how thrilled I am to have found this and recommend it to any guy looking for a "simple chain" for all his wardrobe needs-- that accessory goes with about 99% of your outfits: simple, versatile, and especially well-made. And zero frustration trying to adjust XYZ to get that "almost perfect" fit that cuts into the collar of your shirt. Right click to "touch" and you can choose a preset color from a simple silver or gold to interestingly named colors-- but a great look.
