I bought this item to do a review of this builder. I have in the past purchased numerous expensive items from them, recently I purchased some waterfalls from them. I asked for help to either remove or lower the volume on one of them, it has no volume controls and the sound of what was supposed to be a waterfall was terrible sounded more like a lake with the water hitting the shore. I asked for help with this it took them a WEEK to respond and then when they did respond they responded about an entirely different product!!! Their customer service stinks they use to be good but seems they have gone downhill! BUYER BEWARE I will not buy anything further from them ever again!!
