They are fully customizable, including color changes and changes to the flexi settings. The base color is white so a full range of color tints are possible. Includes Modify and Transfer permissions.

You will not regret the price of these wings. They are beautiful, and the sway and twitch is fantastic. These wings have some very subtle movements that look pretty darn great.
