This latest Prefab House is 99% Mesh and is another detailed build. This house is very spacious considering it's actual footprint size! It's a two story home with Large Living Area, 4 bedrooms and eat-in kitchen. Front and Back Porch and includes many extras. The Dimension are 30 meters by 30 Meters and total land impact is 385. However this can be reduced if you remove many of the extra details that I threw in like the Fireplace, ceiling fan or awnings etc. They are linked separate so they can be easily removed without having to modify the rest of the house. - I personally do not like cramped homes that are not SL friendly with the viewing camera, meaning it's hard to get good views while inside a house because of the low ceilings or narrow areas. So I made sure to test this house out well as I built it with the default camera settings so that you get good views while inside and less camera collisions and such.
If you have basic building skills this house is super easy to edit and change to whatever suits you. Great for decorating! I think owners will be very pleased with the super detail and quality in this build and the extra bonus items included that allows a great more flexibility in how you layout and edit your new home. I think it makes for a great lake side or beach home in the country settings. The Fireplace and Lights (both porch & ceiling) can be turned off and on with a click, or set to auto come on with Sim Time. Feel free to add your own door scripts or edit these door scripts if you like but I've never found them to be any use in preventing anyone from getting past them since everyone can just click to teleport to locations.
I hope the price is fair as I've not built in a long time but I think this house compares to houses that sell for way over this price. I don't think you should have to be rich to be able to enjoy SL quality. So I hope the low price and top quality makes new owners of this home even more happy with their purchase!

Very bang for your buck
Very acceptable in size. Enough space for anything honestly. And also very cheap. Houses this size range from like over 1,000$L.

Gorgeous house but unfinished!
This is a gorgeous house to have on your property. I was so excited and thrilled to use it for my Ranch that I am making on my Homestead, but when I rezzed it out, I noticed that the creator had textured the walls and outside of the house, but left the corners/insides of the walls flat white, which made a lot of white edges stand out all over this build since the walls are not evenly stretched to be closed up. I am clinically diagnosed with OCD, so I could not keep it out because of this. I tried to fix it, but only made it worse. It sucks, because I was so looking forward to being able to use this house.

Exceeded my expectations. Roomy, each dimension is well built and makes sense, placement of rooms and furnishings are moveable. The curb appeal goes without saying. And did i mention the price? Thank you very much for this build♥

This house is worth way more than the 295 L. It is well designed and has very good floor plan. I am using it as a fishing cottage with boat docks on an island. Size is perfect. I would recommend this to anyone.
Beautiful home with minor flaw
there is a bug in the cabinet beside the fridge if you don't mind that other then that the home is beautiful however when I asked the creator about it he says its a bug and to just keep it closed * shrugs*
