ChatOwnerDetector by JMW
The ChatOwnerDetector is a simple invisible scripted object to wear. The default position is center on the HUD, but it can also be worn on the body.
The ChatOwnerDetector gives you the name of the owner of objects that speak in the chat.
2 examples for use:
Mute spamming objects polluting the chat.
Spamming objects polluting the chat can be very annoying. Maybe you want to mute them. If you do not know the owner or cannot click on the object because you do not know where it is, you cannot mute it.
To mute an object, mute the owner, choose "Mute object by name", type or paste the object's name , then unmute the owner.
Identify griefers
Unfortunately griefers often give avatar names to their griefing objets and let them shout ugly things in the chat. So newbies may think that you said something if the griefer misused your name for his object. The ChatOwnerDetector gives you the griefer's name.
