• The mesh is cutting through?
- Please understand that Mesh can never be 100% and may cut through at certain movements and spots. Of course this is something we'd like to fix, and we're probably working on it as well, keep an eye out for updates.

REFUND POLICY
I will be doing refunds on double purchases; If you accidentally buy the same product twice. If you accidentally buy the wrong item for the wrong avatar, or riding horse you won't get refunded, There's signs in the stores that states which vendor has what items in them. On marketplace the title, description and avatar information states what the item is fitted for.
I will NOT send you the items you've purchased on your main account to your alt. It doesn't work like that. You'd need to buy the same item again on your alt.
The permissions will almost always be Copy & Modify, No Transfer.
