Perfect as a department store this building resembles and is inspired by the big buildings you can find in a city like Chicago.
It is all original mesh with baked textures made keeping in mind a decent land impact and the best LOD (level of detail possible)
It comes with copy and mod permissions, working doors that can be set to different levels or opening permissions and a working elevator.

Elevator instructions.
The elvator needs a first calibration after the building is rezzed and finished.
TO do that simply use the elevator consoles that are found on each level in the building (there are three one per floor) click on the top one, wait till the
elevator reaches position, then the second one, wait the elevator to reach position then the first floor.
After this the elevator is set and ready to be used.

Great Product ..with pause...
I love the build and will use as my mainstore. The elevator works great UNLESS you unlink the railings to open the 2nd and 3rd floor space. I added floors to the second and third floor and needed to unlink and remove two of the railings so the space would be walkable. No matter how I did this the elevator call buttons no longer worked. The elevator worked fine with the inside buttons but none of the call floor buttons worked. I finally had to just edit linked parts and hide those railings inside the wall so I could utilize the floor space. Also some of the shadows around the support columns need to be widened to fit the shadow and there is a small almost invisible prim under the elevator shaft that is visible when the elevator rises or descends. All these glitches are fixable and do not deter from the fantastic build this store is.
Wonderful building
That building is well done, nice textured,you can easily transform this building to anything you can imagine (courthouse, bank, city hall and etc..), with the rezzer 3 seconds and all is done, look great in any city, the res many hours of work in this, I am very satisfy , finally I found a building I can transformed into a bank and look awesome :)

I really like this building with the working elevator, it will make for a nice mainstore. The Detail is amazing and has a strong LOD, does not crumple or distort when you are at a distance.
