A simple mechanism to refresh items in visual range, sometimes fixing texturing issues.
I got bored of having to delete the "usual" items that solve this problem, so this is a one-use item, plant it, sit on it, it does its thing then clears its self up.
It's copyable so it always remains in your inventory!

What it does:
This is an old second life trick, you can achieve the same by tweaking camera settings... Essentially you sit on it and it moves you >1KM from your current location (up, or down if near the top), and then snaps you back to where you were.
This causes the viewer to very quickly change its "view" to somewhere else, and then back to where you came from, causing it to refresh various display elements and perhaps download missing textures or assets.
It's not a "hard science" but it does cause some elements to refresh which cure many a visual issue.

not sure it does anything but it seems to do something
